Concerned Pastors for Social Action demand apology from Flint City Councilman Scott Kincaid 
   FLINT  — Flint's Concerned Pastors for Social Action held a press conference yesterday to demand an apology from a 30-year city councilman in their city. They are angry about public comments by Councilman Kincaid that were critical of Flint Mayor Dr. Karen Weaver.

Detroit newspapers reporting Tigers to bring back Ausmus    DETROIT  — Both the Detroit Free Press & Detroit News are reporting that the Detroit Tigers are bringing back Brad Ausmus again next season. Ausmus had a 3-year contract with an option  for the Tigers to pick up a 4th year His first team won the American League championship but the Tigers inished last a year ago before missing the playoffs again this season.          Click Here to Read More

​Drunken driving charge filed against city councilman in Flint 
   FLINT  — A blood test confirmed that Flint City Councilman Wantwaz Davis was drunk when arrested after a late night Sept. 3 crash. The councilman refused a breathalyzer at the scene and spent the night at the Flint City Jail. He was released pending blood test results and told The Morning Gazette Radio Show that he wouldn't fight the charges if he was over the legal limit of .08. His blood alcohol was .10, according to a statement released by the office of Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton.
